Mission & Objectives

Promoting Autism Awareness and Inclusion

The NigelEva Foundation is committed to raising awareness and creating supportive environments for children with autism and intellectual disabilities, who often face stigma and neglect in rural Nepal. The foundation focuses on:

  • Community Awareness Campaigns: Educating parents, teachers, and community leaders about autism, its early signs, and how to support neurodiverse children.
  • Skill-Building Programs for Children: Developing initiatives to improve social, communication, and life skills in children with autism.
  • Inclusive Education: Collaborating with schools to integrate inclusive learning practices, ensuring that children with autism have equal opportunities to thrive.
  • Teletherapy Services: Introducing AI-based teletherapy programs to provide much-needed developmental and behavioral support in remote areas where access to specialists is limited.
  • Empowering Families: Offering training and resources to parents of children with autism, helping them understand their child’s needs and potential.

These efforts are aimed at fostering acceptance, improving quality of life, and empowering children with disabilities to become active, confident members of their communities.
